We're proud to partner with THE Arctic Alligator CREAMery, a beloved local business owned by Sarah and Kevin, who provide the licensed commissary kitchen and manufacturing support that help bring our handcrafted frozen treats to life.

What makes this partnership especially meaningful is the story behind it. The Sorbet Society was founded by Aubrey Souza, a Lemon Bay High School STudent with a passion for business and a vision for creating memorable frozen dessert experiences throughout Southwest Florida. After developing a business plan and pitching the concept, Aubrey partnered with Arctic Alligator to transform an idea into a reality.

Together, we're combining locally crafted products, professional food manufacturing standards, and a shared belief in supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.
